1. Project Overview

This project is the supporting water treatment facility for the waste incineration power generation plant in Yutian Economic Development Zone. Invested and constructed by Beijing Capital Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., it has a treatment capacity of 200 m³/day. Located in the Yutian Economic Development Zone (Houhu Industrial Park) in Hebei Province, the facility specifically addresses the pollution challenges posed by waste incineration leachate. It ensures environmentally compliant operations within the industrial park and promotes the green development of regional solid waste disposal.

2. Core Project Details

• Employs a customized combined “Pretreatment + Anaerobic + A/O + UF + Softening + TUF + RO” treatment process.
• Treated effluent meets the recirculating cooling water makeup standards under The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923-2005).
• Heavy metal discharge strictly complies with Table 2 requirements specified in Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).
• Additional softening and TUF tubular membrane units efficiently remove hardness and pollutants, extending membrane system service life.
• Concentrate undergoes resource utilization, achieving complete leachate treatment with zero secondary pollution.

• Selected as a Hebei Provincial Industrial Park Environmental Infrastructure Demonstration Project.
• Leachate advanced treatment and reuse technology certified for promotion by the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
• Supported the Yutian County waste incineration project in receiving recognition as a provincial-level green environmental protection project.
