1. Project Overview

This project is a core supporting facility for the harmless disposal of municipal solid waste in Yongji City. Invested and constructed by Beijing Capital Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., it has a treatment capacity of 200 m³/day. Located in Yongji City, Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, the facility is specifically designed to treat high-concentration leachate generated from waste incineration, achieving efficient pollutant removal and reclaimed water reuse. It serves as a critical supporting initiative for urban waste reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment.       

2. Core Project Details

Employs a comprehensive “Pretreatment + Anaerobic + A/O + UF + DTRO + RO” full-process advanced treatment train.

Treated effluent meets the standards for open recirculating cooling water makeup under The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923-2005).

Heavy metal indicators comply with Table 2 limits specified in Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste (GB 16889-2008).

Integrated intelligent monitoring system enables fully automated and stable operation of the entire leachate treatment process.

Treated effluent is recycled for use in the power plant’s cooling system, achieving water resource circular utilization.

3. Project Honors & Recognition

Selected as a Shanxi Provincial Municipal Solid Waste Leachate Treatment Demonstration Project.

Combined high-concentration leachate treatment technology recognized as domestically advanced.

Supported the Yongji waste incineration project in successfully passing environmental protection completion acceptance, earning recognition as a public welfare demonstration project.

Achieved zero pollution discharge and complete reuse of leachate, receiving public commendation from the local ecological environment authorities.
