- Project Overview
This project serves as the core advanced denitrification facility for the fluorine chemical industrial park in Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong Province. Invested and constructed by Zibo Herun Water Affairs Co., Ltd., it has a treatment capacity of 10,000 m³/day. The project specifically addresses the challenge of excessive total nitrogen in Dongyue Group’s chemical production wastewater. It is a critical supporting initiative enabling the industrial park to achieve compliant discharge and transition toward green, low-carbon operations, effectively ensuring environmentally compliant production for the fluorosilicon materials industry.

Employs sulfur autotrophic denitrification as the core treatment process, eliminating the need for external carbon sources while efficiently degrading total nitrogen.
Precisely controlled reaction parameters achieve stable effluent total nitrogen levels of ≤10 mg/L, surpassing conventional industry discharge standards.
Automated process operation with strong resilience to water quality fluctuations, suitable for complex chemical wastewater conditions.
Comprehensive online water quality monitoring system enables real-time tracking of denitrification performance, ensuring consistent compliance.
