It involves no complex chemical processes, relying on physical mechanical actions to complete impurity removal, sludge scraping, and conveying tasks. Operation is stable and maintenance is simple. The three equipment types have distinct functions and work in coordinated linkage:

  1. Mechanical Screen: Adopts a rake-tooth interception filtration structure, suitable for installation in sewage channels and inlet wells. Uses rotary rake teeth and mechanical tine rakes to automatically capture floating debris, branches, plastic bags, and large suspended solids in the water, automatically cleaning and discharging residues. Customizable as rotary, rake-tooth, step, or mobile screens. Material options include anti-corrosion carbon steel and 304/316 stainless steel, adapting to different corrosive water qualities. Screen gap can be customized from 1mm to 50mm, suitable for channel widths from 300mm to 3000mm.
  2. Sludge Scraper:Suitable for horizontal flow sedimentation tanks, radial flow sedimentation tanks, and integrated sewage equipment sedimentation compartments.
