Investi et construit par Zibo Herun Water Affairs Co., Ltd., il a une capacit\u00e9 de traitement de 10,000 m \u00b3\/jour. Le projet r\u00e9pond sp\u00e9cifiquement au d\u00e9fi de l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;azote total dans les eaux us\u00e9es de production chimique du groupe Dongyue. C&rsquo;est une initiative de soutien critique permettant au parc industriel d&rsquo;atteindre un rejet conforme et de passer \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations vertes et bas-carbone, garantissant efficacement une production respectueuse de l&rsquo;environnement pour l&rsquo;industrie des mat\u00e9riaux fluorosiliciques.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter comme proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de traitement central, \u00e9liminant le besoin de sources de carbone externes tout en d\u00e9gradant efficacement l&rsquo;azote total.<\/p><p>Des param\u00e8tres de r\u00e9action pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment contr\u00f4l\u00e9s permettent d&rsquo;atteindre des niveaux stables d&rsquo;azote total dans l&rsquo;effluent de  \u226410 mg\/L, d\u00e9passant les normes conventionnelles de rejet de l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p><p>Fonctionnement automatis\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 avec une forte r\u00e9silience aux fluctuations de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau, adapt\u00e9 aux conditions complexes des eaux us\u00e9es chimiques.<\/p><p>Syst\u00e8me complet de surveillance en ligne de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau permettant un suivi en temps r\u00e9el des mati\u00e8re de technologie environnementale dans l&rsquo;industrie.<\/p><p>Conformit\u00e9 stable des effluents \u00e0 long terme v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par des agences de surveillance environnementale tierces, recevant une haute reconnaissance du groupe Dongyue.<\/p><p>A soutenu la transformation environnementale bas-carbone du parc industriel, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme projet de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence
